A $150 per person NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is due to fully secure spot.
Final balance is due by November 15, 2025.
REVISION FEES
A handling fee of $65.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to a reservation. A change of departure date within 11 months of departure will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellations of confirmed bookings and transfers to new travel dates both result in penalties and fees assessed by travel suppliers.

More than 6 months prior to departure: a nonrefundable deposit will be retained.

Less than 6 months: NO REFUNDS. If you need to cancel, you are responsible for finding someone to take your spot. Travel Insurance is highly encouraged.

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before June 8, 2026. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You will be enrolled in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed (shown on your invoice). Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
